geez! management a this crap fest can't the a-- cheeks with both hands! Do you think they'd ape a surveymonkey to look like yahoo to gather intel on employees they're already planning on firing? They abuse out experience as a normal business practice. They don't need a fake survery. Fill it out if you want. Don't if you don't. Don't let fear mess up your head!
Don't do this guys. It is a setup by the company to find out who is posting on this board. Did a search and Yahoo does not do survey monkey surveys. Even if you don't fill out the name info, they have your IP address. This is probably someone from HR or senior leadership. They monitor this site regularly requesting that certain posts be removed. I guess they have nothing better to do.
God knows who'd get your contact info if you'd be stupid enough to fill this out.
