No company that knows the business is going to buy CB&I. Their only value is technology.
I was hoping that CB&I would get purchased by a company who could afford us. Instead, MDR is borrowing lots of money to get this done. So, with one mis-step, the banks could call in the loans provided to MDR. This is deja vu.
It is not a buyout if they had several deals to choose from. Cbi executed this deal. And it’s a good deal for the new company. We now have offshore. Onshore. Tech. Engineering construction etc. we should all be happy. Well at least those of us that work while we are at work.
