FSS Profit margin continues to rise. No raises and bad benefits is working.

Thanks RG. Profits continue to rise at FSS. Good employees are starting to leave. Replacements will cost far more if you can even find them. Your short term thinking on no raises for technology employees and cutting benefits is making you rich and starting to hurt the long term.

Abusing the very people that built the money making machine. Brilliant. Go spend your millions while we try to find a way to pay our bills.

Agreed. People have been amazingly loyal hanging on through all this. No bonus no raises or even the old standard of 2 percent this year won't cut it. People at the end of their ropes providing for families where cost of living keeps climbing. Loyalty is a one way street at FSS the last 3 years. Starting to crumble. FSS wants loyalty but FSS leadership needs to have the courage to demand long term thinking from the corporation. Technical market is on fire. Change or lose more of your best.

They would rather hire new employees with higher pay then give dedicated employees a raise.
