I had a great run at Oracle but have now left the company. While I am disappointed to have left I won't bad mouth the company as this is such a small industry and word gets around.

I'll bad mouth Oracle, being a former Oracle employee and now working for a much better company. Oracle has a terrible reputation in the IT industry. No pay increases, bonus and upward mobility. So stay if you want, there are a lot of companies that respect their employees versus a company that abuses employees and companies bought.
And any company that trusts MH, give me a break. Ask Mark about his HP expense report... lol And the world goes nutz over men using women, look at LE and MH.
I think it's a threat to someone.
Or they were forced out of the company because of something someone posted here?
It could be a warning to someone else who they know is bad-mouthing the company on here?
Perhaps they are passing the word around about someone?

So, why leave? Were you forced out? Laid-off? Why are you disappointed unless you were forced to leave somehow?
Then why bother to post this here? I don't get his post at all. Even if it's fake, I don't get the point.
Maybe the only thing it’s really good at, world class even!
One funny thing about OP’s post is s/he forgets that laid off employees aren’t the only ones Oracle screws over. Of course there are customers, current sales staff screwed out of commissions, etc. But also spouses/partners of former employees and their children who’ve gone through the fallout from “layoff by conference call.”
Oracle has a knack for creating people who hate the company.
@QMmncTs-1zob - right behind you... just a few more months... (optional...) hoping for a package, but not holding my breath... who will blink first!
Good luck to you! Hope they give you a package.
Yes, word DOES get around...like word about layoff-by-recorded-conference-call, minimal or (more often) no raises for years, promotions without increase in compensation, etc.
OP/HR drone, you having a tough time getting millennial butts to fill the seats at the dialing for cloud dollars site in Austin?
OP: it's exactly why IT it's a small world that we should all spread words about how toxic, bad-managed, life-destroying Oracle is. To save other people from the same experience, should they think to apply for a job in this failing Titanic.
But at least you let us know that you left in a disappointing way, so reading between the lines the message is clear, confirming the toxicity of Oracle's working environment. Thanks.
OP: too late !
you have been identified !
You are now banned for life from any IT jobs !
Thank you for the very reductive thoughts of the OP.
Disappointed you left? Why did you leave - you traitor?!

I am out and I am RETIRED! So, I can anything I want. It's wonderful!
Imagine that, the “fake news” oracle HR department is setting smarter, must have hired some consultant to help them spread fake news. Have to wonder if they hired the same consultants that MH hired after he got fired from HP,’or of DJT’s consultants? Dying to find out!
Good luck , you made it over the wall, keep running
Why bother to put this here? Has to be fake, right?
You do know this is an anonymous forum, don’t you?
