Not by attendance. For the 5. Not sure about the 2.
better prepare to grieve those crap repeats, they may now cost you a job since the union isn't going to fight what the contract says or more importantly what they agreed to. Maybe its time to find a new union who can protect its members that a paying those precious $$$$$$$$$
it simple, the contract calls for reverse seniority layoff and has since you started as a prem tech. Why should that change now, nothing else has including union dues!
I am a Dayton prem tech well was. I was let go by seniority they did 6 seniority and 6 performance. It should all be performance based. Do you job or get out. It's simple
Since when does the union let the Company lay off or surplus people by numbers??? Wtf?? Grow some balls CWA ..why pay union dues? ATT does what they want!!!
7 prem techs total in Toledo, 5 techs between the 2 district garages and 2 techs between the 2 Toledo proper garages. District was by seniority and Toledo was by metrics. Leaves us only 6 prem techs left in our garage. Just waiting for the rest of us to get the boot or relocated if it's even allowed.
