Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Leadership

All I know is if we keep going they way we are going...we will fail. Putting profit before the people we serve is a no win strategy. Just like any structure...once the foundation is weekend, the top floors will soon fall. The weight of our executive suit will soon crush this organization. Invest in our systems, and the front line and I think you will truly start seeing a difference.

My favorite Klingon proverb is "revenge is a dish best served cold."

Speaking of leadership, my GVP is an a--hole. My RM can't stand the GVP, and this bastard is needlessly making everyone's life more difficult. Let the SMs run their stores and stop micromanaging everything, you incompetent a--. Maybe you're the reason your whole Group's sales fell off a cliff this fall.
