The person I work for only cares about one thing, looking good to her superiors, at any cost and without regard to her employees. To this person an employee is only a tool for her to use to or I should say abuse to show the higher ups her “abilities.” While we get absolutely no credit nor even a word of appreciation. Counting the days until I can make my departure, it is in the works! There is no future in this hopeless and misguided company, it may take another year or two, but mark my words there is no future here folks! All done.
That's not only your manager, @QIkavgx-1mao. Mine is just the same, and I bet CB&I is full of them. That's exactly why the company is where it is. With people like that as "leaders," we can't really expect better.
