I know the Group Medicare customer service floor is nervous wondering if they will be laying some off in 2018. The leads keep screaming Medicare is job security but the chatter on the floor is fear of a layoff after January. They have been told staring mid 2018 they will no longer be getting provider calls- wonder if that's being outsourced also???

At this point, no job is safe.... unless your Broussard. Golden Boy of Business Bust-Ups apparently.
Anyway, I've done group csr stuff.... the commercial side used to use offshore folks for provider claim issues and the providers HATED it. This doesn't bode well. It seems H is all rumors now.... so sad. Some good folks there....
