Suspect annoucement will be that in addition to Company "A" buying Technology/EP, Company "B" will be buying the rest of CB&I. Alternatively, it is also possible that Company "A" may be buying ALL of CB&I. In either case, Honeywell does not make any sense.

Also here is another thought to ponder on, why would Saudi Aramco award an EPC contract worth $95MM to CB&I (announced last week on 12/07), knowing that CB&I has financial difficulties?

No default. Even if we defaulted we would continue in bankruptcy.

Can you imagine the field labor throwing their hard hats in the air and jumping and hugging because the bank is getting paid? REALLY?!!

Big news means something will be different to them.

If CB&I defaults on their loans, do all CB&I employees go home? Even the ones on the JV's?

Why would the sale of technology be "big news" to field labor?

Agree ... nothing until the 18th. This has been the plan since at least 12/7: investor relations Scott Lamb emails:

on 12/4: We expect to make an announcement by the end of the week.

on 12/7: The 8-K is the announcement I was alluding to. No further communication on this subject is likely until December 18.
