Can someone please post info after getting their severance check regarding if stock & 401k was taken out or not.
Did anyone have an attorney look at their packet? Just curious.

Stock and 401k are not taken out of severance. But you will lose a good chunk to taxes. Package is pretty self explanatory basically you accept the money and cannot go back after Walmart in lawsuit. Read it over - no need for attorney.
