I am guessing Nurse Triage? If so, they must feel pretty secure with their role right now. I have only got IHWA and a few mbrs from those that left. I am wondering where the bulk of their roster goes as well? HCM RN in case anyone is wondering. I don't know how you are told we are now calling people, but it will be more frequently. I do not see that working well either! People will tire of us calling more frequently and we get audits on those careplans and having more frequent meaningful calls with our mbrs. This gets crazier every day/week- hope to get the lump sum and get out!

Agreed. At some point it becomes harassment. Why are we trying to upset members? What part of “members are requesting fewer calls” is not understood?
I get some members prefer more calls, but they are few and far between, if we are being honest.
