People stop waiting around and just letting a few people totally dictate what happens in YOUR life. Be proactive, it’s your responsibility to take your destiny into your own hands and affect positive change into your life. Sometimes we find ourselves in undeserving situations and it really s---s, motivate yourself to improve your situation. Too many are waiting around for others to do something. Stop blaming others. Don’t be a victim!

My advice is to Promote this person. We need more nonsense thinkers to fix morale and further cover up all the incompetence in management. Or, do a lateral move and join the RDO team.
