Does anyone know if there is any 'penalty' for receiving the bonus pay and then giving a two-week notice? I don't plan on staying with Humana much longer (just long enough to get the bonus), but want to make sure that I won't be stuck owing them anything.

I think they know ripple are leaving, probably just enough incentive to get people to stay through Jan before they start next round of lay offs

I’m leaving after receiving it as well. Agree with below poster, FAQ states it’s yours to keep.
It's in the official faq that if you leave after receiving it you don't have to pay anything back
Pay is for work that was performed, not future work. Therefore, any bonus paid out should be safe from take backs.
