Thread regarding CVS layoffs

The most stressful company to work for

This has to be the most stressful company to work for with all the metrics and checklist. I see so many stores being ran with little or no help. I see managers in their stores by themselves for hours at a time just to make payroll I see district managers making store managers work their days off in other stores just to keep their jobs. It’s is not uncommon to see salary managers working open to close (15 hours)

Agree completely, @QClc8q9-upp. This is not a healthy work environment. People are being treated like crap and expected to forgo all personal life just to keep their jobs. And with the latest changes, it promises to only get worse.

Our store manager took a leave of absence because of all the stress. It's not worth it. Everything is measured now, but numbers are not put into a context. It's hard to work this way. People are overworked and resources available to us to do the job are not getting bigger.
