Because my boses are so incompetent that they schedule me 40 hrs a week when I could easily do this job in 25. 15 hours a week average on my phone or searching for new jobs. All while getting top scores for my store metrics. Such a cakewalk job with no nights or weekends like all other retail stores. Work another retail job and you'll wish you had the one back.

It shows me how one's high rank has little to no correlation to business intelligence or understanding of how to treat workers as human beings with families to feed.
