The amount of complaining from the one wire line person obsessed with banishing retail to another site gives me tremendous joy. Happy holidays you Scrooge! :-)

As to how "the commission [is] structured in GLE", it's constructed and arranged according to a plan, patterned, organized.

Please, please, please, please, please go to the wireless site.

This landline site used to be enjoyable until you retail folks invaded, and took it over with your foreign acronyms.

Now it's become some weird battle of a pseudo-Esperanto/psuedo-Lojban mashup.

It would likely be beneficially helpful for you to retreat to your own designated site.

It seems, every time you throw out your unintelligible gobbledygook on the wireline site, you're met with equally confusing horsefeathers.

I meant how is the commission structured in GLE not how good or bad it shall become.

"How is it going to be in GLE05? I am GLE01" - @xsr

It's gonna be, like, 5x better or, perhaps, 5x worse. Whatever. It's gonna be about 4 away and different from what you're accustomed, I assume.

I'm a PDP24 so, I am not really qualified to comment on such things, but I'm trying to be helpful. Perhaps you should seek out the sage advice of a DRPB203. I hear their views are A-1.

@1qin, that actually makes a lot of sense. I can see why they'd be willing to de-bank the VQGM's, considering the alternative. Wonder if Sunnydale's involved? It would seem so.

This is false. Multiple level 3 stores are reporting to DDS. The reason for the direct reporting to DDS is to fulfill the “23” rule, that all leadership has 23 direct reports. Even DSE, DPS, VQGM and ASSM. The stores I would question are the ones with less than 23 direct reports. Level 1 and some Level 2. I don’t expect STR positions to be backfilled moving forward. Natural attrition will occur, and natural downsizing will take effect.

Just wondering, if the do the potential changes impact the DDRPRSTV? Any clarification would be most welcome.

I am a-- and one of the trial districts is our district GLE05. We had a meeting today with our DM and HR going over the changes.

"Just wondering how they can trial this and have a group of solution specialist paid on a different pay structure than others." -- @nmk

You're kidding, right. They're gonna do it the way they always do it, with push-throughs. As for the legality, interstate commerce dictates all DBB's.

Just wondering how they can trial this and have a group of solution specialist paid on a different pay structure than others. Doesn’t sound consistent to me. They can’t pay one group of employees one way and another group another way when they have the same title. Sounds like a legal issue waiting to happen.

@poy, ignore the idiots. There are 3 confirmed pilot areas, Brockway, Ogdenville, and North Haverbrook, and there are two frontrunners for the 4th and 5th spots, Stantonville and Gaffney, respectively.

One of the pilot areas, to the best of my knowledge, is the c---pit.

How does the individual multiplier work? Is it like a guaranteed spiff for being the top performers in the store? PT won't count as an add but a set dollar amount in the bucket for each sold?
