I guess some people have insider information they feel they need to share, about the recent Board meeting? What’s happening with the stock prices? What decisions were made.
Someone sure has insider info if they know all of this information about the Board and their decision making process, share prices and if they know the character of family members so well.

We all know the truth. The most important thing is "shareholder value." Do whatever it takes to pump up the stock price so those dividends can continue to line the pockets of the greedy family.

Only a family member would know that (if it's true). So why would a family member waste his/her time reading this stuff unless you enjoy hearing how bad you hurt your dedicated associates.

Ha! Ha! You mean the non-family board is told by the family how much the family dividend will be and they damn well better make that happen!
