The 3 stooges who stopped across the board pay raises, annual reviews and cutting basic benefits..this is what you get..field staff people who just hang around..till next pay check..and do not give a F*.. worse with their managers..this is not a cry for attention...Oracle has passed that point..5 years ago...

Absolutely, and knowing you are part of a declining company where your work will really never matter anyway, is not a helpful thought.
There are much better things to do. I left last year. Lots of other things going on, plenty of great places to work.
