With all the planned changes that will most likely affect all of us mare peons the most, can we implement at least one change that will help out those who will still be at Mondelez International following the incoming layoffs? Can the company start promoting from the inside? We have enough qualified people already working here, people with degrees, and yet most of the open positions are willed with recent graduates who know nothing about our brand. I'm sick and tired of it. It's already a lousy job with too much work for too low pay, at least you can give us something to try and strive for. /end rant

Since they just hired a CEO from outside, and had to buy out his previous contract, while there were plenty of qualified employees to hire from within, give up!!
