If they were to lay me off. We are all severely underpaid, at all levels except the Corporate Senior executives. Supervisor, 7 years and making 14/hr and new hires are starting at $10... Maybe its really time for a change and to start looking for something that respects the worker.

How wonderful to hear that CVS is buying Aetna for almost 70 BILLION and then they have layoffs. Glad Larry is making his millions when we struggle to keep our jobs and food on the table. No more bonus, no more incentives and if you have been in the company for 30 plus years, watch out, you will most prob be next.
I worked for CVS for 12 years 7 months and 7 days, I was only making 12.69 an hour. They hire teenagers at 12.50 an hour, and they have no idea how to count change! Then after they complete their training they get a $1 raise! CVS went from being a good company to work for to a company that doesn't care about the employees. I was a shift supervisor for over 10 of the years I worked there and I wouldn't suggest getting a job there to anyone other than kids that just need money till they finish their schooling
@Q5nCzOw-hdv same here - I really do not understand why they (the corporate office) do not appreciate us, the front line people. really, we interact with the customer and we are the only reason why we are still profitable in this age of everything goin digital.
i've spent 8 years here, and just like you, they told me 'no more raises' as i am maxed out - i live in california and it's almost impossible to make ends meet at this compensation level.
i am very concerned.

Couldnt agree with you more I been employed going on 9 years and has stayed dedicated to the job reguardless of the underpay...was told that I will no longer be receiving a pay raise becauae I am maxed out for my position and theres no room for growth .the front line ppl are so unappreciated

They need a sh-- ton of self check outs if they are going to lay off store level employees.
We only have like 7 employees @ our store including the mgr
