Heads up! AT&T Summit Wednesday morning for a conversation that veered from digital transformation to artificial intelligence at AT&T and to advice for business and professionals facing imminent change due to layoffs in the near future , for me the lack of Job security, is why I'm being proactive in search for a new opportunity. Manager layoffs last year halted all opportunities for advancement.They are still doing unions here. I wouldn't recommend this company the work/life balance is in shambles, and the metrics rule your life. Once management finds a way to have extra options for employees to advance, and have a balance of work and life then maybe I would recommend, but until then...stay away.

It would be a PARADOX an army of Randall Stephenson clones look alike, that would be a PR success, at best but no one will be doing any work at all, therefore no jobs for you
