Verizon has been increasing sales quotas consistently, to the point where they are nearly unattainable now. No matter how much crap we sell to customers that they don't need, we barely meet minimum monthly requirements - if we do at all! And if we can't reach our quotas, we get the boot, no severance necessary. It's a win-win for Verizon.

Comcast? That’s an even worse place to work. Just going from one bad place to another. If you get out of Verizon, my advice is get the hell out of that industry. No more rotting away in another nightmare. Good luck everyone.

Of course that's what they're doing. No need to pay severance. They will write you up and you will be let go for "not performing" its rigged. Leave now.
Have them "bounce" over to Comcast. No...really. There's currently no commission cap and from everyone that's gone there (and there are a LOT), I hear it's a much more relaxed culture.
Comcast is scooping up VZW employee left and right, and you'd literally still be selling Verizon Wireless, just with the Xfinity Mobile name attached. Xfinity's MVNO has VZW's network as its backbone.
And no bull$hit, there are reps now raking in $5 and $6k commission checks consistently.
To put your head in the sand and "hope things get better" is a silly move. Verizon has no loyalty to you, so why should you have any loyalty to them?
Take a cue from your senior leadership who we all have seen "bounce" themselves...in droves. If the higher-ups are leaving, you know there's no future.
If you live near a Comcast store, look on their career website and check it out. The benefits are actually better than VZW (same 401k match, FREE cable/internet, etc.).
I guarantee you...things here will only get worse.
