This must be why remote workers in Ohio received an email asking what is the home office for them.

I totally agree. There is no reason to think about how the company is going down hill. How it's not the company it once was. It's not meant to be what it was. It's prepping to be sold. I'm glad you freed yourself. I was let go and while I'm still looking for my next job, I have feel much less stress and sadness, not witnessing the dismantling of what was once an awesome company. Everyone should realize that this isn't something that will turn around or get better. The end game is a sale. So many people are getting severance, the next natural step is to make it undesirable to work there, so people will leave. I totally agree with original poster here. The less attractive it is to work there, the less severance there will be to pay out. The job market is robust right now for healthcare. Take care of you. I am just very sad for the Molina members. When the transition to the next company....who buys the membership.....it's not going to be a smooth transition. Sad times for Molina Healthcare.

Is this for all just MHI corporate? Or all areas, e.g. health plans, MMS, Pathways, etc?
