My question pertained to why leadership was told 2018 is going to be a bad year. I'm calling BS on that. Upper management WOULD NOT have said that to leadership. I'm not doubting the layoffs predicted, just calling BS on leadership being told 2018 will be bad. I acknowledged more layoffs with PHCs and CHEs in my post.
And to say an entire year will be bad is absolutely fear mongering! Ever notice when something like that is said, the poster never comes back to support the post? Grow up!
It was sarcasm because people complain and moan constantly about what leadership make. They call BB and MR greedy every day.
But seriously. If you took BB's pay and extras and gave it back to members it would equal maybe $5 a year each. I don;t see that as much of an incentive.
Lower premiums and they will come! BB could take a reduction in salary as a start....bahahaha
They may have been referring to the corporate meeting we could attend in person or via the web. I don't remember her name but she was 1 of about 6 speakers. She did say 2018 was going to be a bad year, but she encouraged everyone to invite senior friends and neighbors to look into Humana supplemental Medicare plans. Our members are going elsewhere. If we don't have the members, they don't need all of us. I hope everyone tries to stay calm and remain positive. Who knows...2018 may be a FABULOUS year! My leaders are open and honest and I trust they will do all they can to keep us as employees
What was there to back up? Sounds pretty logical to me! It didn't sound like the poster was quoting inside info that needed to be backed up
