With a complete re-inventory of all company assets going on into a new, completely nonfunctional system...sounds like they are building up their spreadsheet for a sale...

Aurelius capital I believe it was. They are known for buying distressed debt and pursuing litigation to force a pay day.

Tyco not getting paid for facilities. That can't be good.
What assets? Most of the tangible assets belong to Uniti now, so all that is left is a declining customer base. The only consolation is that a bankruptcy judge has to turn the ILEC customers over to another operator since WIN provides 911 service.

There ain’t gonna be a sale, looks to me more like a bankrupt since windstream has defaulted on something looks like they will be searching for a government bale out and close the doors
