Does anyone have any intel on the new Molina CEO? I’ve heard rumors that the person has been chosen and they’re just in the final paperwork phase before announcing sometime in October. Would love it if someone could confirm or provide any other details! E.g. background in healthcare? Provider/health plan side? More of an M&A person?
My money is on more reorg & layoffs at the top once the new CEO is in place, and then full-on preparations for a sale...

I think you are SPOT ON! I wish I knew who it was...in line for the CEO position....but I don't. I do, however, HUGELY appreciate what you've said here. I'm so tired of trying to explain to Molina employees why the small potatoes they are focused on, do not matter. Stay until you get your severance, if you want to....but don't lie to yourself that there is some kind of Molina improvement going on here. Stop being surprised by key people being let go......no one will need any key people or non key people when the membership is sold. THANK YOU for your reasonable post. I hope someone does have the info on the CEO and shares it.
