It is amazing when oil goes down $10 and oil worker saying it isn't that bad, could be worse and when oil goes up $0.1 there is celebration in office.

Their reaction at .1 tells you more about how they are really feeling than the ten dollar drop. They're terrified when it falls ten dollars but won't admit it.
After 3 years of low priced oil, it's painfully obvious this isn't going away. We are witnessing the destruction of the fossil fuels industry, which followed the destruction of the mining industry.
Denial in both tho, you wont find them admitting it because that's their only hope.
Maybe if they had been paying attention to what was going on in the world instead of watching home reno shows and American idol they would've seen this coming and made moves accordingly.

Oil workers don't know sh-- from oil. They are just the grunts to the power brokers who make the big decisions.
