Be sure and read your contract carefully. If you can, have a lawyer read it for you, so you understand what you are agreeing to. There is a section regarding waiving your right to a trail by jury. There is also a section waiving your opportunity to recruit Molina staff for other jobs. It's important to understand what you are agreeing to so you don't breach your contract and end up losing your severance.
I was laid off on Thursday, September 14. I got my package Saturday, September 30th. I live in Long Beach, California.
Nope. I was told it would be received 85within 2 weeks from layoff date of 09/14.
Still waiting.
Not yet. Yesterday was 2 weeks for me since being laid off. They told me I should receive it in 1-2 weeks. Still waiting.
I was told mine was “postmarked”/ mailed yesterday.
The Severance Agreements were mailed today, we have to "read" them, sign them and return them. As long as we are in compliance with the agreement, we will receive our severance pay on 11/15/17, along with any PTO hours that we had in our PTO banks prior to our layoff and any time we have accumulated from the time we were laid off to 11/15/17.
Please review the information in the packages we all received, most of our answers are in that packet.
Still waiting
They told me that wouldn't happen until I came off payroll on Nov. 15.
Nope
