This was a terrible thing to do....most likely the lowest paid in the company and they started there...REALLY? Immediately after these employees were outsourced, they hired 2 VPs...I think they make a few more dollars than this department....all of them!!! Plus why would they outsource a dept. that has been solid for 10 to 23 years with no one hired or fired or replaced...it was total BS...and those that were involved in this decision...will eventually have to face their own fate!
This is truly infuriating. Layoffs are supposed to be about saving on operational costs, but what is the point of it in this case? And why do we even need more VPs?
