Wait till all the clubs have more self check -out stands than cashiers. And runners..thats a throw back to when we had people on roller skates to get price checks...lol.... Wait till we have more accidents from things not racked correctly because they don't have time because they are working split shifts. Wait till the first person clogs up this new machine we are going to have and there isn't anyone in the building to figure out how to fix...Wait till the assistant managers start having melt downs because they have so much more stuff to do and no left in the building that remembers how to do things because they have been there 5 years or less and all the experience people are gone. The weight of all this will be the down fall of the Walton Empire But change is good...

Wouldn't they catch you when they check the receipt at the door?
Just wait when all these employees that are laid off tell everyone how easy it is to steal at Sam's. Scan only what you want to pay for. It is going to get worse. Good luck with that!!
We have 10 permanent self checkouts and 10 more registers that can be used as either one..switches out either way. Usually only have 2 or 3 cashikers during week. A few more on weekends. Have had these for over 2 years now.

I heard some clubs are going to more self check out. Cashiers will only have like 4-6 registers. It's going to be fun.
