So can you confirmed that there were laid off in IT or just Molina in general? I don’t know anyone being laid off in IT yesterday!! That’s why it’s fake news!!
Who keeps posting that this stuff is lies? There were lay offs yesterday, so clearly...that wasn't a lie. This site is a much appreciated source of information and even comfort for many. NOT lies. Why would anyone bother to come here and post lies anyway? The only people reading these posts are people who are concerned about keeping their jobs. NOT LIES. Please stop that. We all need this valuable info that is shared here. Thanks.

If you were in the Last All Hands on meeting for IT you know thisis not rumor.
Anybody have an idea of whether there will be more layoffs Thursday beyond IT? Thursday seems like it would make the most sense to finally finish ripping off this band-aid.
I feel like the restructuring at least is not complete...? It's odd how they currently have people at the same level reporting to each other, e.g. AVP reporting to another AVP; Dir reporting to another Dir.
Anyone have thoughts on whether additional structural changes will be announced?
Yeah they told us in last all hands department meeting. One more round for IT.
I believe they know they need to finish soon as everyone is job hunting/quitting because of this BS.
