Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

Morale and productivity in the gutter

I see people around me really upset. Have lost employee morale. Not at all a right place to work. Everyone i am seeing is now fearful and wants to quit the company by making alternative arrangement ASAP.

All the talented workers are already been fired in previous batches, no appropriate knowledge transfers happening.

from 350k, we have reduced to 45k. No doubt - in next few years - Employee strength might be not more than 1k or 2k globally.

Customers are indirectly affected with frequent lay offs.

Same here @PsUMHdc-hup, this is not only affecting morale but productivity as well. This is not the way to keep the company afloat.

They claim at time 'Corona'virus hit people went off to work from home that was a lie they were sent home not too return IBM employees go home Microsoft employees go home Google go home and many more every day .Empty buildings empty skyscrapers with vacant parking lots in every city across America those jobs that people once held are no longer needed and will not be coming back.AI has been released and they now possess Quantum AI which you aren't even allowed to know about yet in about four to seven years they will tell you more about that on your need to know basis. But heads up karma stops for nothing or 'them'and as they turn their backs on us they will reap what they sow as some computer tornado or cockroach glitch hits 'them' await their scream for 'help us'please come back!!LOL I Can't WAIT!!! For HPE, the benjamins matter as much as talent. The secret is to be paid just enough while doing just enoughto not arouse suspicion ofgoing from accelerated to driving or driving to stalled. You want to stay in driving and continue to get menial raises and/or bonuses. Just how it is.

I agree with many of the posters here. Please stop reposting people's replies. This topic was originally a reply from the "CE Megathread - Welcome to the Boiler Room." thread. Whoever is doing this all the time should stop posting if they're don't have anything real to add.

Stop, reposting replies! It dilutes the real discussion and is frankly annoying behavior.

it wasn't me who reposted, but you should seriously think copyrighting your work and consider an anger management course if you are not already on one.

Whoever the hell is taking replies and making new threads out of them needs TO STOP IT! This is disrespectful to the person who wrote it! It's annoying to re-read what was already read and more annoying to see one of my posts made into a new topic! Stop being an A-hole
