a few years ago just about every employee would take a bullet for the company, today, under am, just about every employee will get a bullet (shot right through the heart). the bimbo excuses to reduce cost, reduce duplication is a load of bs. moral is gone along with integrity and respect

Enbridge has a spineless board of directors that is why AM had his way. ENB stock has not gained ground since the Spectra merger. What is the board waiting for ? The company is in shambles and they are doing nothing. The emperor ( CEO ) has no clothes.
I have to agree with OP. Dramatic culture shift for the worse since AM came in.
Those of you saying that you should just leave if you don't like it...you sound like pretentious a-holes...which I guess is now a cultural fit at Enbridge.
Sometimes you need a job to pay your mortgage, bills, childcare expenses, etc. and sometimes working for a sh!tty company is better than not working at all
