Just don’t read or acces this site at work.

IT gives reports on who is accessing this site to senior managers

Oh yes, it's very clear that the HR and PR teams both monitor and respond to this site. Anonymous...my @$$....also...just look at how long it took for them to frame a response....

Not sure this site is as anonymous as one might think. One of the threads has suddenly disappeared. Looks like HR has a link.

Yes, and while all this was going on so were layoffs, because Marathon cares :)

Marathon made interest free loans (up to $20,000) available to impacted employees and allowed up to 30 days off to deal with hurricane related damage. In addition, Marathon gave all employees up to 40 hours paid time off to do hurricane related volunteer work. Many MRO employees (including some execs) voluntarily assisted other employees and other community members with evac and cleanup.

Lee and Deanna think employees are fungible and there is an endless supply of people who will replace those laid off or chased out. Maybe they are right, but in some groups I think there is a materially lower level of competence than Marathon previously had, and that concerns me as an employee and a shareholder. They sure do not appreciate dissenting views. Just one man's opinion.

Assist employees??? The very first thing Marathon did after Harvey floods was lay employees off. Fact!

Other oil companies give money ( a few thousand) to employees who were affected. It wouldn't even cross HIS mind.
