Everyone at our office is having a hard time focusing because of the lack of sleep and the worry that this has brought to everyone... but I wonder if the board and JW are able to sleep at night knowing how many families have been affected by Project Nickel.

I work for MMS side of the world (yes, never been treated as One Molina and not laid off yet). I feel that the pay at Molina is far better and if they can save the company by laying off a few that's okay as we get to keep ours! It's all about money when you work your a** off everyday at work to enjoy a good life with family and friends.
What does it prosper a person to gain the world if they lose their soul?
I work at a Pathways where there are different types of challenges and some operations have had to be closed. However, the culture is different and there appears to be more transparency here. But who knows. I never felt like we were really a part of Molina. Promised benefits we never received and never really brought into the One Molina family. Probably best we didn't get the same amount of love. It all sounds sad and very dysfunctional. Wish we could help.
Lol, they make millions of dollars, they don't care.
All they care is money. They are happier now with prospect of getting bonus. That's the only thing driving them.. money money money... they are not nobel souls.
I can guarantee you that not only do they sleep like babies, they are proud and delighted with themselves.
You picked the wrong time and place to be clueless about how the world works and what the people who run big companies are really like.
