Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Anyone else noticed?

MANY lame worthless managers and directors still here.. proof to me the even in this time of financial crisis that executive level management knows nothing of how to truly save this place.. what a joke..

Obviously if you lost your job and were in Case Management, you did not belong to the right church. Notice how many Social workers stayed along with the SW Director. The other director is even more worthless but fits right in to the cold blooded layoffs probably better at it then anyone.

We have a social worker and a finance person over our HCS! The other thing l dont get is.... they got rid of Directors and replaced with a VP and AVP. How much you want to bet their salaries did not do down with the "demotion"....... the expectations remain the same, but with a skeleton crew and do nothing supervisors and managers. What could possibly go wrong??

How about a whole team of RN's with an average 25 years experience now reporting/transitioning to an LVN/LPN Director? How is this even possible? Absurd!

The few Community Engagement (MHT) individuals that were spared -were transferred to a manager who is not bilingual and is not familiar with the contract.

They are not ignorant or stupid, they are corrupt.

When you stop assuming they want to do what;s best for the company, everything makes much more sense.

There are directors with 0,1 or 2 direct reports. These are useless folks in the company doing nothing. How did they manage to survive?
