Was this just more nonesense and clear as mud to any one else? It seems like Humana's moving in the direction of in-home care management.

I thought it was great! I learned so much about...ummm. Well I really was enlightened by...errr. The part that really cleared things up for me...yeah, I've got nothing. An hour I'll never get back.
Licensed Clinicians is what I heard. Skirted around non-licensed role question. Basically Charlie Brown's teachers for an hour.
That was a huge waste of time. Most of our team was saying they couldn't meet numbers today because that was late in the day when members are home to answer calls. Annoying.
