Has anyone noticed changes in workload since the last round of cuts and/or member graduations?? Wondering how this mass movement will affect those of us that are left. I don't think they are enrolling yet, so I don't imagine it will be good?? Thoughts/insights?

I have more than enough work right now, thank you. I feel like I'm in a pressure cooker! The PHC roster reassignments that came after the last work day of the impacted employees earlier this month resulted in more than 130 new members added to rosters over one weekend. Many overdue call alerts were inherited from those impacted PHC's, who probably inherited many of them from the last round of impacted PHC's. It's a big game of shuffling around the clean-up work. Now, we've been told to work fast to clear all of those overdue alerts by the end of the month. I had hoped for a temporary end to the stress of the past 6 weeks...no such luck.
Wondering if the open enrollment period for new members will have more work for all of those who are left.
Might want to bring a shovel...
Great! I just ordered some night vision goggles in hopes I can see through all the BS..ahem, transparency, at the next meeting.
They are going to clear everything up and answer all of our questions with full transparency at the next town hall...or not.
