We though after they had a huge meeting with all supervisors and above that it was done for the day, but nolonger. We just have had several more from HCS in Ohio go. We knew something was up as soon as we saw the security guards again! This is getting beyond ridiculous, these waves and everyone just sitting around waiting to be called up to the chopping block. But let's get real, literally, no one cares how this affects us or how they go about letting people go. We have to resign ourselves to that. Molina is now no different than anywhere else

We knew that Project Nickel was under way, but never knew how many would be cut, in which departments, or when. Those let go today did not know. Received an email notification of a mandatory meeting, went into the meeting, and was then escorted out.
Corporate BS about "don't want to single anyone out, so everyone notified together, as a group".
Don't give me that sh--! You did it as a group so you wouldn't have to sit across from someone and look them in the eye and tell them you just pissed on their lunch! Cowards!
I am with Humana. We had cuts to. I am just lurking here and I have a question.
Did you folks know that the cut is coming - how was the communication handled?
We did a VERY poor job here, people were kept in the dark and just called into conference rooms and laid off. Horrible!
Now would be a very good time for Molina employees to take a hard look at the way they spend their money. Any day you could be out of a job and not see a paycheck for a long time.
Your savings doesn't last long when it has to cover all your bills.
