I was one of the many Molina employees laid off today. I have worked with the company since 2013. All along my manager was told our team was safe.
But instead she got an email today that came out of nowhere that she needed to give me the news. When I received that dreaded 1:1 webex invite I knew. Such a cruel process to keep the managers in the dark all this time.
Today was such a nonproductive day. All employees could not work with the stress if that 1:1 email would come. Good luck to all those left behind. When sh-- happpens, just clean it up and move on.
