This is a day from nightmares... Just when we think everybody has been notified, somebody else gets the call... This round is merciless, folks who have been with Molina for decades are being shown the door... I feel deeply for all the people who are without a job as of today...

If you've been in the Medical field sometime, you know, we're Always having to adapt to change. Never be complacent. You can always be replaced. Live and learn, build great relationships and most importantly, be humble. Don't Ever think you're superior to anyone else. Who knows, they might be the Next person you report too!! Fitting???
What about the VP of core operations for the contact center , I did not see any of that persons team go.....so sad that they are keeping people that do not do anything or have knowledge of the business.
I heard from people on the inside that about 650 in Long Beach this week and about 1600 nationwide by Friday.
I used to work in Corporate HR and still have friends there ..but most important is moving on to bigger and better things. Layoffs are part of corporate America, so they happen in a lot of companies big and small. Unfortunate but it's part of life. Best advice is always keeping a good network of professionals for references and recommendations, keeping skill set up, and have a good marketing plan for the next career.
Can't be over soon enough for me.

No reasonably detailed communication from the top makes things harder.
