WI-MHC -- I worked with several leadership that were friends ALL friends. They came in not having having any experience in the field that I have over 15 years experience. Most have education that was less then mine! They wrote you up for everything and anything, I worked my butt off everyday and never called in and then they lie and say that they have been trying to reach me to talk with me and laid me off via phone. Just pathetic and unprofessional at best, they actually kept people who are no skilled but are their friends. It's sad but I don't expect anything less of them it was horrible working for that team. I'm better off WI-MHC

Agree WI is a mess. Trust me I feel your pain...no answers of course. Leadership in WI yikes is right
Also - NEPOTISM is rampant. That played a role today too.
They don't sound like "friends" to me. It is a dog-eat-dog environment here. As so repeatedly noted on the site, working hard and keeping your head down does you no favors. Either play the game or be victimized by those who do.
