I was laid off today. I can't go into detail because of the severance agreement, but I will say that the offer from the company was more than generous and fair. I'm upset about being unemployed, but the company did right by helping us transition through this and I don't take it personally. I really can't say anything bad about the company since I feel that they did me right here at the end with what they offered. I'm glad to finally have closure and start moving forward to new things, but I am still worried about finding a job before my transition assistance runs out. I wish everyone the best during these difficult times. We will get through this. Just take it day by day and keep pushing, Molina family

I was laid off July. Worked in HR Employee Relations Corporate office.
They were decent. Got paid thru October than a sizeable severance that kicks in October. Thank God I saved 100 hours of PTO ( California law requires that to be paid out )
I knew something was up when Todd Lemmis Sr VP of HR gave a week notice of resignation ( more like not an option ) and than Bob Gordon Assistant to John Molina did the same. The handwriting was on the wall.
Godspeed to all in finding bigger and better opportunities !
