In New Mexico, we got a WebEx meeting with about 15 people that were all told they were getting fired!!!
Got the invite 15 minutes before the start of the meeting.
Way to make you feel like a number.

I'ts true, in Texas that's how they roll. I received a email with a mandatory invite 15 minutes before the start time and the rest is history.
In NM it was done based on which division you were in. NMO leader choose to call the individual on the phone to meet.
This is not fake news. I am in the Molina Ann office and know several people (on site) who got a meeting invite 5-15 minutes before the meeting titled "Manditory Meeting *Do Not Forward" and that's when they were laid off.
I am the original poster, and a remote employee and have been with the company for 4 years. I was sent an invite and we were laid off by the VP. This is not fake news. I am literally sitting at home wondering and still questioning the way I was let go. Why would I post this. I also just found out that my direct supervisor was laid off earlier in the day via invite to a conference room in the building. NOT FAKE NEWS!!!
The meeting was titled: Mandatory Meeting ****Do Not Forward
I'm in the NM plan and I did not hear this happening. You received an email for a meeting 15 mins prior and were brought into a room and laid off. Unless you're remote this is fake news!
Who does this?
Does Family do this?
This is truly outrageous.
