I find it disgusting that being laid off and just finding out now that someone that I've known for years got hired months after me, (when supposedly over 300 were laid off, no news, social media reports, ect) in another store for a full-time department supervisor position in the Aramingo store. Yes I said FULL TIME...makes you think how someone who never worked for the company was hired for a full-time position when the company let go of others who have been there for over decades, working as a department supervisors FULL TIME......

That's what they do..
If you are one of their worker bees, they have zero loyalty to you no matter how great of a job you may do. They fire the people who have been there for years and know the business and hire inexperienced people who don't know anything. The only people who remain are upper management. IMO many of those dinosaurs should have been let go years ago.
And what is even worse is they will underhandedly try to get you out so they can avoid paying you severance.. saw it time and time again... upper management and HR are terrible people...

I got out before the ax fell. Im sure the new ds fulltime people are making half what i made. Very sad company. I feel bad for newbies.

Toys R Us is going Bankrupt anyway...they announced the possible bankruptcy and to hopefully restructure.
