Wells Fargo cutting American jobs to replace them with oversees positions

Good read.

The layoffs and offshoring will stop the Republicans have approved a bill to allow Wells Fargo and banks to force arbitration for fraudulent accounts, so no more class action lawsuits are needed to force them to settle for billions. So everyone can now keep their job.

What's even worse is when you've been flagged as a "Valuable Team Member" by management and you're "Chosen" to help "Onboard" your new Filipino team members with promises of there being "More than enough work to go around"... basically code for "You're remotely training your eventual replacement". All smiles here.
