To summarize the threads again....LTIH, RIT and CMs seem to be at risk

CHEs are just getting caught up on tasks from the hurricanes. They were pulled from tasks to cover for the call concierge team in FL while the care center was closed and the queue got backed up. The queue is getting lower but I don’t know I would call it “low” yet. It is only a matter of time though.
If Che is low why is it taking weeks to getvtasks picked up Phc and care for manning has been on the horizon for at least a year
Yes, poster below, the mixed messages are killing me. My coach wanted us to know that nothing has been said about PHC’s being laid off, but then we are also not scheduling calls out during this tele-modularity “grace period.” Soooo.... why are we not scheduling calls? Or has this year just made me nuts and I’m reading into everything...
I am a PHC and my coach said in our weekly meeting that we are still on track with starting the care plan training in mid November. So...is my coach delusional, or lying, or out of the loop and all of us will be chopped next week? Mixed messages all around and plenty of red flags this week to make me truly confused and frightened.
HCM won't be hit. They are actively hiring for HCM again
I think people are reading too much into the care plans, it's a big training endeavor, and there are lots of pieces to it. While HCM SS queue is low, historically, it has been that way this time of year and it picks up again in January
There are PHCs in the care plan pilot group, and they are helping develop the training, it's taking than expected, so roll out is in January.....and hcmss still get warm transfers, they're numbers are low due to CMs working tasks themselves
PHCs are not doing care plans until further notice as per my coach. Lots of upcoming “changes” are pushing it until after the new year.
I think SSs will be hit. Our tasks have been declining every single day in October and were at about 250 at COB today.
As per high up the chain, hcmss will not be impacted
I don't think the PHCs are going to be hit as hard as CMs, since PHCs are starting to do care plans
“PHCs are expected to take another big hit this time. Not many left as it is.”
Is this rumor or can anyone confirm? I am so confused from mixed messages from leadership. The confusion is worse than definitively knowing we are going to be impacted.
PHCs and CHEs again too. Any time there is a reduction in PHCs or CMs that would be an automatic reduction in CHES because they will have less tasks. From what I was told today, CHEs are getting low in tasks even before more cuts. Down to about 3000. At this rate I predict they will run out of work within 1 week. CMs and PHCs are not tasking as much any more to sustain them. The ones to remain will be the team leads, though they should be the first to go since they get paid more to do less work, and a handful of favorites. I am sure they will go down to 1 team. 2 max.
PHCs are expected to take another big hit this time. Not many left as it is.
Will SSs take a hit?
