Are they part of telephonic? I have it on a confirmed authority (can't say who/how. Just that I know with 100%certainty it's true) that they will be gone within the next 2 weeks. I'm just not sure who they are in the grand scheme of things?

Weren't we told at a town hall meeting that once they went to FCM they weren't coming back to the cm, that the FCM would continue to follow and do all needed?
FCMs are being assigned telephonic management as well as their social work, che, SNP, Transitional, LTIH, Commercial, and other duties. Most people in my division are being assigned 3-5 telephonic management members. Why aren't they being assigned to HCM and CHE? They are being divided amongst another department.
We were instructed to bring our current RIT members back on our rosters today.
This explains why RIT mbrs are now needed to be contacted HCMs.

RMT calls members to address HHIVR alerts. They address these daily. It has nothing to do if someone is on leave or not. That Would be the coverage team
Rit call unreachable mbrs, rmt calls mvr when associates are on some form of leave ie pto
RMT is the remote monitoring team, a different entity from RIT.
I don't know how many where in RIT.
Does anyone know if this whole program is staying or going away completely? I guess that’s the big question for everyone.

HCMRN, I've had them reach out to some of my UTC but not all in the past month. Was told they were really far behind and to watch my time that members had been with them and pull them back manually if greater than 4 weeks in their queue
HCM-RN here, we were told to no long make referrals to RIT after today.
Our team was told to send members about to “UTC out” to monitored. Is that what everyone else is doing?
HCM RN here and they have not been calling members for at least a month
RIT is the referral intake team that is, soon to be was, a part of the telephonic management team. RIT called members that were nearing the end of the HTC process. Its leader is gone so just goes to follow that the team will be eliminated.
