Are PHCs are still being pushed big time to do 10+ contacts a day? I left in 2016.
I hope things turn around, I hate what the mgmt is doing nowadays - it's a different company now.
God bless.

Thanks, Snuffy. :)
Bring it on!
I have MAJOR respect for the wonderful PHCs here at Humana! And NO idea how in the heck ANY PHC can continue to make 10 contacts, and still provide great quality, great member assistance outcomes, great collaboration with other Humana depts, and more, I am certain! Just so impressed, but also saddened at how under appreciated this wonderful department is! Hang tough PHCs!
@cyo OMG - YOUR FULL POTENTIAL???
But Humana wouldn't be doing you justice if they didn't push you to your full potential every day. I had a COM tell me that one time. This company is so full of it.
Not going to be possible to keep the neediest members, (moving rest to monitored), do mdats on all new members (no more rs mdats), complete care plans, and hit 10 a day. That’s ridiculous.
Yes. They are also adding care plans in a couple of weeks. We are also doing more clinical surveys such as a foot ulcer survey, “nurse only” p/d questions, we apparently will be moving to roster sizes similar to nurses with more frequent contacts, Stay Health and HCCP have merged, and when asked if metrics would decrease when care plans were added, we were told that they weren’t planning on it.
