At this point there have been so many rounds of layoffs and so much uncertainty that the 'low performing employees' that you are seeing used to be high performing employees who are completely disengaged and burned out. Seeing as how a contractor probably wrote the post about low performing employees, you are probably legacy Specra and still haven't gone through this complete brutality. However, you are going to go through this and will get to this point. And I am sorry.
Really? Does that mean they also need to get rid first of low performing employees who spends more time on the internet, meetings and gossiping around before they can convert contractors???
